NRNA- Chapter’s Helpdesk team
In each estate, NRNA helpdesk support team is chaired by NRNA chapter president or representative of the State Chapter. Each chapter will form its own helpdesk support team by to including respected community leaders and volunteers from various communities and geographical locations. With the consent of the volunteer, chapter will include those members/volunteer to serve in helpdesk team and provide basic trainings/guidelines provided by National coordination team.
While forming the helpdesk support team in chapter, volunteer’s good morals, availability, community service activities, geographical locations and other important criteria are looked into consideration to form professional, highly available and knowledgeable team so that we can assist callers effectively.
