How does NRNA helpdesk process work?

NRNA NCC team has established a TOLL FREE lines for anyone requiring assistances in various cities and states within the USA. A user needing information or assistance can call this number. Based on the options selected by user, Phone call will be routed to appropriate State’s Helpdesk support team.

States Helpdesk team has number of trained volunteers in it. One of the team member will answer the call and introduce themselves and gather required information from the caller. Based on the information or assistances sought by caller, Helpdesk team member either provides the necessary information on the phone or coordinates with others for providing assistance. In some cases, based on situation, he/she will need to coordinate with local organizations to provide assistance.
