signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) stating that the next North
American Regional Coordinator shall be elected from and amongst NRN
members of the NRNNCC Canada, and the Deputy Regional Coordinator shall
be elected from and amongst NRN members of NRNNCC USA.
Thus, The NRNNCC USA will not indorse and/or nominate any
of its members as the ICC Regional coordinator as long as NRNNCC

Prof of legal resident must be submitted by May 13, 2013 to the election chairman via email. d) To be a qualified candidate for this election and nomination, an individual must submit their full Name, face front photograph, complete mailing address in the USA, contact phone number with area code and email address, addressed respectfully to the Election Chairman at emailsherpalama@gmail.com, cc NRNNCC President, General Secretary and Treasurer by May 13, 2013. e) To be a qualified candidate for the propose of this election and nomination, an individual must have secured his/her NRNNCC of USA Membership by May 13, 2013 by paying required membership due, and must be approved as member by the President, General Secretary and Treasurer of NRNNCC of USA. f) The candidate must participate in “I am the best candidate for the job & why” debate forum at the convention. The candidate must be present at the Convention during the counting of the vote for a fair and transparent election. g) The candidate must pay US $ 1,000.00 nomination fee in bank certified check or money order made payable to NRNNCC of USA by May 13, 2013. Nomination fee for ICC member is nonrefundable. Nomination fee of Deputy Regional coordinator will be refunded to him/her in the event if he she fails to secure the position at the NRNICC election. h) The candidate must not be in violation of “NRN code of conducts”. Once, the trustee conforms the payment in full, and other qualification requirements are validated by the election chairman, the election chairman vie email shall notify the candidate status of their candidacy; approved or disqualified. j) Candidates found to be intimidating and/or harassing any NRNNCC of USA officers, election committee members and voters shall be automatically disqualified at any time without prior notice. k) The qualified candidate’s list will be published on http://nrnusa.org/ on may 15, 2013 Qualified Voters: a) To be a qualified voter for the propose of this election and nomination, an individual must have secured his/her NRNNCC of USA Membership by May 13, 2013 by paying required membership due. b) The voter qualified to vote must be present on the date, time and venue of the election in person to cast his/her vote. c) One voter is qualified to cast only one vote. d) The voters must show a photo ID matching the name in the voter’s list. e) The qualified voter’s list as approved and reported by the President, General Secretary and Treasurer of NRNNCC of USA will be published on http://nrnusa.org/ on may 15, 2013 Election: a) Election will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2013 from 5.00pm to 6.00pm at the NRNNCC of USA convention venue in LA. b) Election will be held for one NRNICC Member for USA. Nomination will be held for one North American Deputy Regional Coordinator. c) All candidates must be present at the Election booth to observe the election. d) 2 security officers will be stationed at the door of the election venue. e) Each voter will be given two Ballots, one for ICC member election and one for DRC nomination with candidate’s names and photo on it. f) The voter will one at a time enter the closed door and cast (Mark) his/her vote to his/her preferred candidate/s. g) The voter will than bring their ballot/s to the Ballot table and drop the ballot paper in the Ballots boxes. h) The voter will be escorted out of the election room. i) All voters on lines till 6.00pm (Sharp) shall be given the chance to cast and drop his/her vote. j) Election and nomination will continue even there is only one candidate for the position. Vote Counting: a) Once all voters on line till 6.00pm (Sharp) finishes dropping his/her vote, the ballot box will be open by the election chairman and each vote shall be recorded (counted) by two other election committee members nominated by the election chairman. b) Only a ballot paper stamped and signed by the election chairman shall be a valid ballot document. c) Only a ballot marked clearly for only one candidate shall be recognized as valid vote. All others shall be declared as invalid. d) Once all ballots are counted, the election committee members shall declare the highest vote recipient as the officially elected ICC Member and nominated North American Deputy Coordinator pending the ICC election. e) The name of the winning candidate and nominated candidate will be announced during the convention program and the winner and nominated candidate will be introduced. f) In the event of a tie vote, the election chairman shall cast the final vote. g) The election result certified by the election committee chairman shall be the final result. LEGAL NOTICE OF THE ELECTION 1. All qualified NRNNCC of USA members list submitted to the election chairman, for both candidates and voters must state his/her first and last name, state of residency, email address and or phone number, date membership due is deposited in the bank. 2. The President, General Secretary and the Treasurer must verify the final qualified voters list via email acknowledgement to the Election Chairman by May 15, 2013 3. Election Chairman reserves the right to inspect proof of membership due deposited bank statement and financial records at any time before on or before May 25,. 2013 4. The President, General Secretary and the Treasurer take full responsibilities for 100% accuracy of eligible members list submitted to the election chairman. The Election chairman does not assume any responsibilities for voters list error, mistake and/or omission. 5. Current NRNNCC of USA Executive Officers submitting candidacy for ICC member candidate or DRC must vacate his/her current position from May 13, 2013 till may 30, 2013 6. All and any complains in regards to final members list submitted to the Election Chairman and posted as qualified voters and candidates list must be directed to the President, General Secretary and the treasurer. 7. The Election Chairman reserves all right at any time to change above election process, other than qualified voters list and membership list, in the event if and when the election chairman finds necessary to conduct a fair, democratic and transparent election. 8. All and any notices including but not limited to this election about candidate lists, voters list, election process and other shall be posted on http://nrnusa.org/ , such notices shall be emailed in group to NRNNCC of USA Executives, cc to INN president, ICC general Secretary, North American Regional Coordinator, Deputy Regional coordinator and ICC members. The election Committee will not send such notices to anyone individually including but not limited to candidate, voters, officers and/or general public. Election committee members assumes no responsibilities for any error, mistake, omission and/or any other civil and federal legal liabilities in this election and it’s result. The election committee members are performing its service purely as a volunteer to conduct the fairest, most democratic and transparent election within the general democratic and transparent election principle as understood by the election committee members.
